I called because I discovered I was leaking fluid, they were booked but said if I can drop it off they will squeeze it in. I dropped it off and 1/2 hour later they called to tell me what was wrong and what I needed to do and how much the repairs would be as well as timeframe for getting brakes that I asked them to check too when I left it.

Vern and his team at Midas got my vehicle in the day I called, went above and beyond in their honest review of the work it needed and performed quality workmanship, searched for the best price on special parts needed, and stayed late to finish up my vehicle so I would be able to have it back as soon as possible. Very thorough during inspection took the time to show me defects and how they can be corrected. Office staff gave estimates for repairs. I tipped the mechanic $20 because he was so caring and explained things in detail .
