"I had made an appointment for an oil change at Midas, and upon the inspection, was told that my tires were dry rotted, and I possibly needed a rear wheel alignment, now being a mechanics widow, I know my way around a shop, and was expecting the shaft, but these guys where kind, caring, considerate, Jeff at West Bloomfield, was the ultimate gentleman, explained the process thoroughly, the oil change, the tire issue, found a discount, and assured me that if the alignment was not totally necessary, it would not me done, even offered to get me back to my office while the car was being serviced. I was truly taken care of by the men in this establishment, and I will definitely refer any women needing car repair, or maintenance to this shop ! Get ready guys for increase, Lol Thanx, Chuckie"

My car was taken in right away for a scheduled appointment for 4 tires and an alignment. I decided to get an oil change and they were able to get it done without an additional appointment. I experienced an unrelated issue with my window not going up and Grant was able to make sure it was rolled up and is ordering a replacement part for the fix.
