"I had made an appointment for an oil change at Midas, and upon the inspection, was told that my tires were dry rotted, and I possibly needed a rear wheel alignment, now being a mechanics widow, I know my way around a shop, and was expecting the shaft, but these guys where kind, caring, considerate, Jeff at West Bloomfield, was the ultimate gentleman, explained the process thoroughly, the oil change, the tire issue, found a discount, and assured me that if the alignment was not totally necessary, it would not me done, even offered to get me back to my office while the car was being serviced. I was truly taken care of by the men in this establishment, and I will definitely refer any women needing car repair, or maintenance to this shop ! Get ready guys for increase, Lol Thanx, Chuckie"

Scott and Grant always do a great job of explaining what I need, why i need it and they always do their best to provide me with coupons available. They also do there best to get me out as quick as possible which is great because i usually have my toddler with me.
