John is a very respectful manager in cicero midas and explains everything g so you can understand what is going on and what needs to be fixed! It's the only shop I'll go to and I live 3 hours away .

The manager had a good number of vehicles come in at once , he handed the situation very well making sure that all customers involved were taken care of

I've always taken my car to Midas for repairs and inspections. The staff are always very friendly and explain everything to me. They've even taken pictures to I can see what the problem is. While I was there this last time, a man came in and asked if they did welding. He had his piece welded by the staff and they didn't charge him anything. That's what I call Great Customer Service.

Very quick service without an appointment, associate came to at close location jumped my battery so I could get to the store. The associate determined my battery was bad and needed to be replaced. I was across the street when vehicle broke down and had no idea how I’d get across to them. I was in and out of service center in under 1/2 hour and most of the wait was for 5he battery delivery.

I brought my sons car in for snow tires on Veterans Day since my son did not have school and I had the day off as well. I did not have an appointment but Cody took good care of us. He found us 4 tires in our price range and promised the job could be done

I always take my truck to whichever Midas John Burns is working at. He is a wonderful manager and always treats me well and takes care of my problems. In this care my inspection was done in just about an hour. In the past I have gotten oil changes, brakes, and an exhaust system repair from Midas and they were all very well done.

John is the best service adviser ever always caring an on the money with what wrong with my cars. The work they do is on time and done perfectly every time.
