I was a walk in customer. Even though it was fairly busy I was able to get a complete set of tires and an oil change at that time. The person at the desk provided me with excellent care and knowledge for what I needed and wanted. I don’t feel like I’m getting a run around or being taken advantage of especially for a female senior citizen. I live at a senior complex and will recommend Midas for everyone.

The associate also walked me through each Item and price listed on my bill which made me more confident that I was receiving a fair price. Lastly, I received a text with the inspection results of my vehicle, it included pictures and quality ratings regarding each part of my vehicle.

One of the things that impressed me the most was the customer service. Every employee that walked in spoke and was very friendly. There was no hassle with using my coupon. Service was great and employee wasn't pushy about upsales. I also like the fact that tire rotation comes with an oil change.
