I?m sure most women feel like they aren?t heard at car establishments but that wasn?t the case here this morning. Sometimes it?s just a weary task to have to explain something wrong about your vehicle when the common response is ?well when you hit potholes

The employee was very easy to talk to and understood exactly what I wanted. I gave him the key and got in my daughter’s car to go with her. I received a text message telling me when the car was ready. An hour or so later, at my convenience, I came back and picked up the car. Awesome!

I had arrived 30 minutes early from my reservation and they were able to take my car in quickly and it made for a fast completion of the work.

I know nothing about cars. Last summer I put a ton of money into my ford. Came back in recently because I recognized a similar sound. To find out I was right because they told me what parts would cause sounds and when to come in. So grateful their trashing

The manager named Scott was very helpful and friendly! The man who worked on my car named Tim was also very helpful and friendly and he took me to work and picked me up also! The problem was the next day they both were off and the people there did not give great customer service as Scott and Tom did! I called twice during the day and they said part was on its way and be there on 20mins then next time oh yeah its on its way will be done shortly then by time I wad ready to get off work called again and now was told part was stuck in Cleveland and car would not be ready today and I had to find my own way home and back to work the next day! Needless to say I wad very UNHAPPY! I felt like I was given the run around and misled! The good part is the next day Scott and Tim were both back and took care of the problem and got me my car fixed and Tim came picked me up from work and took me to get my car! It is employees like Scott (the manger) & Tim that keep me coming back to this Midas! They care about me as a customer!
