Love honesty. While they did a full inspection, found I needed a few things done. Kens fair, straight shooter, says what he means and means what he says! I was able to get it done same day. Brian and the rest of the staff were a joy to work with. My car's exhaust had been getting progressively louder over the last several months, but I'd been ignoring it. By just driving it to the lift, Brian was able to tell something was wrong with it and had the issue correctly diagnosed within a half hour. I was just in for headlight replacement, but thanks to his insight, I was able to get exhaust issue fixed at the same time. He was even able to connect with a similar issue he had in his personal life to help highlight the importance of the repair. While I obviously wish everything was cheaper, I'm thoroughly impressed with the knowledge and kindness shown by the staff at this shop.
