"I stopped in the Midas in Erlanger, KY. All the bays were empty and I requested an oil change. First in at 4:15pm, I saw many other people come and go. I didn't get out until 6pm. ""They weren't sure of the right parts, etc."" NO SOMEONE CAME IN WITH LI"

Upon arrival I was greeted immediately asked what brought me in… told them my symptoms lol I then took a seat they test drove it came right back gave me a price nice and smooth I was in and out no worries excellent service and communication

I am single and i got a flat tire last week. I went to another tire place to replace my tires. the place told me that i needed a alignment before getting a tire and they couldn't do it. I called so many places for help and was quoted almost 300 dollars for alignment and a tire. Freaking out i called your place last and literally was in tears afraid my car was not safe. I spoke to Dave who not only calmed me down but had me come in and explained everything i needed. Even made sure i needed that alignment or was being lied to. He said i did showed me why and how it looked. Three hours later my car was ready to pick up. Everyone there was amazing Midas is where i will always take my car. They are a woman friendly car place

They take your car apart to find the problem then they go to another car and start it with out putting my car back together. 4 hrs the car just sat there apart. Who does that.... Suck

The right rear tire on our Buick Encore went flat as a result of a nail puncture. We took it to our local Midas shop. Even though the tire were not purchased at Midas they fixed it in probably fifteen minutes ...... for FREE! The two associates that helped me were as friendly as if I were spending hundreds of dollars for service. Thank you Midas for your great service. We will be back!

"i had a appointment last tuesday i had a coupon for the 17,76 oil change and tire rotation i gave him the coupon and he threw it in garbage. they charged me 76,00 dollars for oil change tire rotation and balance 4tires so he said. one star is to much"

The guys at the shop were great and didnt try to bs me into anything that I didnt really need. Chandler was able to find an alternative for getting me a replacement tire ASAP same day. Thanks again guys.
