So on Saturday I left a bad review about the Midas shop on Dixie highway in Erlanger.I am happy to report that the Manager Dave personally came to my door this morning and picked my daughter's car up and took it to the shop and fixed the problem then broug

Technician and manager did a good inspection of my car and we made an appoinment for next week. Keep the good work guys.

The agent was aware my child was not feeling well and expedited the service as best he could, and I asked to him in a friendly manner. He put a human touch on the service ! And he also communicated with other techs and customers in a respectful manner.

Although I do not enjoy spending money on car repairs I felt comfortable with the shop manager's knowledge and the mechanic's skills. The result was satisfying and I feel much safer as I am driving.
