The location was swamped with customers, yet they were able to move things around to accommodate my appointment. Everything I needed was explained. I was hoping just to replace the pads, when I was shown the damage to the rotors, and explained the importance of changing all of them, I knew that it was much safer to spend the money now and have peace of mind. Even the wait was enjoyable. The waiting area was full of conversation and inviting.

This location is by far the best. John always takes care of his customers. I showed up for an oil change without an appointment and John was able to fit me in. I trust this service shop with my vehicle. They never try to find things wrong with your vehicle

I had gotten a flat tire on my newly purchased vehicle near the Schenectady location! Was about 20 miles from home and so I called Midas Schenectady and they took me right in and got me a brand new tire right away! Everyone was so helpful. Would recommend
