I have known Dustin for many years. We moved hear 13 years ago. There was an opportunity for them to over charge us. He quoted us a price. They were mistaken about was wrong- they had quoted the worst case scenario. Fortunately it was best case and just a piece of plastic or trash causing the problem. I don’t even think we were charged. They could have charged us $1,000 and gone with what we were quoted, worst case problem, but they were honest. That was our first experience with this Midas location and we trust them and keep returning.

My brakes were surging even after another trip to a different repair shop. They fixed it right the first time.

Our brakes went really bad while in Longview. Called and they got us in to fix in 30 minutes. Got us fixed and on our way in 2 hours.

I love this particular Midas in Longview Texas on loop 281.. Dustin the owner is so down to earth and honest.. I had to have two tires immediately and they took care of it immediately.. Then they ordered my other two tires and call me when they were in and took care of it at my convenience. They have always been there for me for the last 5 years

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They do excellent work. Never had a problem with anything they have done to my fleet of vehicles.
