The Midas team did a great job communicating and worked with my insurance to get my vehicle repaired.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT BRAKES WHICH IS WHY I TOOK IT IN AND THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I HAD. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND THEY HAD ME RUNNING THE NEXT DAY WHICH WAS DISCUSSED AND WAS FINE WITH ME. DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK IF I HAVE ANY OTHER ISSUES WITH MY BRAKES.

I've been going to this Midas shop for 8+ years, ever since I moved to Lubbock. I've had multiple vehicles over the years, and Midas always does a great job taking care of me. The team - Tim, David, Zack and all - make me feel cared for as they remember me even when I haven't visited them for over a year. They always do a great job!
