Starting with a phone call to inquire about the services, I was very pleased how friendly and responsive the attendant was. Upon arrival, the check in process was quick. She Maintained eye contact with speaking with me and could tell she was interested in me and not just in a hurry to get a sale. Mary didn’t try to upsell me, but she gave me the price as stated for the service needed. In addition, she matched the price of the windshield wiper blades with another store, which cut the price by $20. I’m a very satisfied customer.

I just moved to San Antonio last week and had to find a new auto service center, and Midas was close to my new home so I decided to try it out, and I could not be happier with this decision! Not only was the price great, but the clerk was very friendly and professional. I was told the price up front, and the estimated wait time. I was not charged for the tire rotation, which I've never had happened at any other company. I will only use Midas from this point forward for all 4 of my families vehicles!!!
