A day prior I was calling around getting information regarding oil change. I am new here to Texas. I call this shop and spoke with Ms. Mary. She was very polite, very informative, honest of what she can do with the time she had left in the day, service that she can provide, very customer oriented, Ms. Mary made sure to get me in first thing in the morning the next day. As far as the work on oil change, everything looks great and sounded great so far.

All issues were addressed amd fixed with minimal issues. They were transparent with all issues and there reasonings behind what my vehicle needed and how much it cost.

Vilma and Mary were amazing super fun and friendly. I am extremely happy for all the associates at the north foster road location. The mechanics were respectful and fun as well. They told me what I needed to have done immediately and what I needed to have done soon. I’m glad that they didn’t treat me as if I didn’t know anything which being a woman happens way too often big thanks to them all for making my truck way safer!
