Staff is great! Mechanics are knowledable and friendly. Prices are totally withing reason. I liked the new feature of receiving a text message before check out about what all was checked during the visit

Pretty quick with the service. Cost isn?t bad. Customer service is friendly. We are frequent flyers. I do suggest to get the back part of the parking lot cemented. Very muddy when it rains and parking over flow needs that area.

We were experiencing shaking when we were braking at the traffic lights, we were in previously to get pads put on and our rotors machined. They took care of us and fixed the shaking and I think the service managers name was Kristen, she was very kind and knowledgeable. I will recommend to everyone I know.

Master cylinder was shot. Midas had to order one. Next day the part came in but it was not the right part. They sent another part. Still wrong part. Midas knew I was in need of my car. They went to a dealership to get it so I can be back on the road. I'm

Midas took the time to make things right. It was communicated well, when issues popped up and they took the extra steps to make the repairs 100% instead of finding the cheapest way out. This shows that they truly care about their customers safety and the work that they do for them!

They are the only shop within Waco and Temple i will trust and bring my back to get mechanical problems repaired! Theyre a little expensive but theyre fair

The customer service person was very clear on what issues were found. She explained what might have to be done and was clear on the price and why the amount was set. The tech was able to fix the issue without parts on the primary issue.
