Jonah went above and beyond. Recently purchased used car didn't realize it had 2300 miles left on the oil change. He made me aware I didn't need one yet. Will definitely come back here coupon or not. I love honesty.

I usually go to the dealer but they could get me in before my trip. I found a coupon for an oil change at Midas and thought why not? The gentleman at the front desk was easy to get along with and made it a comfortable visit. They noticed my brakes were wore down and recommended replacing. I asked what it would be and declined and it was nice to not have argue about why I didn’t want them done like at the dealer. As long as the price is comparable to the dealer I will return here first.

From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, the staff was helpful, friendly and even entertaining. I could quickly confirm that I trust them with my vehicle, money and time. The coffee in the lobby was just what I needed! I had been waiting at the DMV for an hour to find out I needed the inspection, so I appreciated the pick me up.

We brought her car in this morning to check car and after we left the car was extremely loud and the right wheel grinding and squeaking hard not saying they messed it up but I don't know what happened.
