We had an issue with our brakes and we came in for a break flush. They did an inspection and found many issues with our front suspension that we weren’t aware of.

Midas was great. They gave me all the options and prices up front and even recommended a better deal for fixing my loud muffler. The alignment is perfect and the service was quick. I'm driving straight and my car doesn't sound like a **** cannon anymore.

I called the location on Friday after my car shut down while driving. Told them I was going to get towed to their location and hoping to get an alternator replaced first thing Saturday morning. They had it ready to go only a few hours after opening, even though they had to source the part. All around great job!

I had interactions with two people while at Midas. A man, possibly the manager greeted and welcomed me with a big smile and quickly scheduled my car for an oil change. He was friendly and certainly made me feel that my business was important. I also had help from a young woman who located my ticket and was very helpful in helping me check out. They were busy that day. I will continue to recommend Midas at the North Rock Road location.
