I had interactions with two people while at Midas. A man, possibly the manager greeted and welcomed me with a big smile and quickly scheduled my car for an oil change. He was friendly and certainly made me feel that my business was important. I also had help from a young woman who located my ticket and was very helpful in helping me check out. They were busy that day. I will continue to recommend Midas at the North Rock Road location.

Midas was great. They gave me all the options and prices up front and even recommended a better deal for fixing my loud muffler. The alignment is perfect and the service was quick. I'm driving straight and my car doesn't sound like a **** cannon anymore.

Midas on Rock Road in Wichita, KS is my preferred service provider although I live in Dallas, TX now. I made a service appointment for Saturday while visiting with friends. One would think this location’s manager, Michael, was the owner. He is so invested in the customer and is always so pleasant and knowledgeable. He explains everything, in advance, and sets the expectation. No surprises! Never disappointed. Highly recommended!
