Sam, the owner, went out of his way to provide outstanding customer service. Even when he was away on vacation, he managed to coordinate with his team and staff to get the job done. I had to bring the car back because the check engine came on again. I managed to replace the O2 sensor.

Greeted as soon as I walked in. Went over what car was in need of and discussed what was to be done. Courteous service all the way through. Will be returning!

The Midas on Rufe Snow in Watauga is the only place where I have work done on my automobiles. The manager Sam and his team do an excellent job of everything that they do. This location has consistently helped us with vehicle issues that could have been costly to repair. Each time they have diagnosed our issues and repaired them in a timely manor with a reasonable price. This is hats to find these days at this type of business. Always courtesy and has great communication also.

I have used this Midas for many years, and they make sure they keep you in the loop if you leave your car with them. The will drop you off and pick you up when your car is ready. They go beyond the call of duty to make sure your car is well taken care as far as repairs and pricing. I love the Midas employees’ attitude (patience) with the customers especially when the customers might not like the estimates they receive. They are always courteous and kind no matter how long and how hard they have been working that day. They alway try to fit me in although they are having a busy day. If not that day because I come in after work, they will try the next day for sure. I trust them to do a great job every time I have to have repairs on my car. I have been to other Midas locations before, but this is by far the best. The owner and manager will talk with you to make sure you understand everything your car will need to keep you on the road. My car is 22 years and I thank God for this Midas and they great job they do every time I go.

I checked at a total of 4 locations for the best price and Midas was second to lowest but the best in customer service. They even offered to pick up vehicle and return it the same day. No hassles!

Sammy not only upgraded the brake pads when I called to let them know we couldn?t pickup the truck until the next day he offered to drop it off at our home. 8:15 PM he knocked on the door and handed me the keys!
