"I had a tire that had been patched and ridden flat multiple times; It started giving me trouble, and while applying yet another patch realized all my tires were almost wore out anyway. fearful of a front tire blowout at speed, I called around and around- no one could help me- it was a Saturday morning, opening hours. everyone had Monday latest- and that not only risking a blowout until then, but a costly absence from work. I called Sam at Watauga Midas, and he had the tires picked up that day. I got off work at 1:30, and by 3:30 I was cruising on four spec tires. The staff were honest in their appraisal of my alignment, which was spot on, so I was spared that expense. I was impressed with the customer service, the speed of installation and balancing- which was perfect, something other tire shops have given me **** to pay with multiple return visits- overall these guys do excellent work, and value to boot- ""I did not have to pay a lot for that muffler"" comes to mind :-)"
