Still didn't get my problem with the starting of my car fixed. They can't figure out why the hard start.

I brought my truck in for inspection. They got me in right away and my wait was minimal. I appreciated the professionalism of the associates and the cleanliness of the facility. I also like that it is very close to my home and I will be returning for future services.

exhaust hangers broke the day of getting it repaired

The customer service was great. They recognize me when I come in as well as my daughter. Brian explained everything and told me about rebates they had at the time. The work I have had done in my car was awesome. The manager, Sam, texts me to check on how my car is doing. I have never felt as welcome as they all made me feel when I walked in the door.

Took my explorer in because of squeaking in left rear after 600 in pads and rotors on the back Was told left rear caliper needed to be replaced Sam had mechanic replaced pads and rotor left rear Sam said it?s fixed Now left rear is squeaking again

Poor management now that Mark is leaving another manager running his business. He has a poor attitude and needs to work on respect before he loses more customers. I do inspections for Midas and he has brought over vehicles for inspection with illegal windo

Brian at the counter is always very nice and willing to accommodate us. Willie is who we discussed any issues with the vehicle and he was very informative. Sam typically gives us a follow up call or text to confirm everything went as planed. Great operation all the way around....very please with all of our services!

"I had a coupon so I tried them. They charged me twice as much as advertised and then said they had already added the coupon. The owner was rude with their own customer service I was told by the rep. I will never go to a Midas again, at least this one."

The customer service was exceptional. I called to see when I could schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in the next day. They employees are always friendly and knowledgeable.
