I needed brakes for my 2013 Nissan Altima The lady who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained the process to check out my car and give an estimate. She also explained that there were two ways to finance the work if I wanted. As I had recently had surgery she said she would be happy to help me with the paperwork over the phone and my brother could bring the car in. The quality of the work was great and the time to complete the work was reasonable. The customer service was outstanding from the lady who helped me over the phone! I would highly recommend this Midas location and will return if I need additional work done on my car. Everything went very smooth.
