They were on time, I did not have to wait to be seen. They got me in and out

On short notice they handled my wife's car issue. Couldn't be happier. Others in wait area grumbled about delay in parts arriving but that's no fault of Midas AND more importantly lead tech came & explained the sequence of repairs.

I picked up a screw in my back tire. I changed the tire and called Midas to see if I could get in, as it was about 1:30 pm. I was told they could get me in within 30 minutes. Ten minutes later I was there and they took me in immediately. I was out 40 minutes later.

I appreciate nothing more being pushed to be done. Just the simple oil change. They were friendly and knowledgeable.

Theyre quick. And very friendly. They explain things, I didn’t feel like they were trying to push more things on me being a female not knowing anything like a lot of mechanics would. I’ve convinced my wife to not take our vehicles anywhere else

Taylor was nothing but professional when I called and when I arrived. There was no wait. My problem was extremely minor and they got me out in minutes - NO CHARGE!

Stephen is a stand-up guy. Thoroughly explained everything and got me back to work

Liked the workers and they helped me out a lot especially when I ended up getting ahold of a bad tire at the time of service they replaced it with another new tire!
