Brent was super helpful and took great care of getting my car scheduled and into the shop. When I picked it up the young man was very kind and helpful.

Minor problem - just a wheel inflation light that was on so I stopped in. They jumped on it and had the problem resolved in a matter of minutes. I learned a lot about how the whole thing works. Great service, why I keep coming back to Big O wherever I travel. Thanks.

We bought our daughters car in to have to have her new tires put on and balanced. Cody was awesome he came out and took the tires out of my car. I don't know the name of the other gentleman that I filled out paperwork fr but he was very nice as well. When it is time to put new tires on our car we plan on coming to Big O.

The guys at Big O made it right with my appointment. There was a new guy who scheduled me in on Labor Day so when I showed up there was nobody there. To make up for the hassle, they did my tire rotation at no charge which I very much appreciated. And they replaced a broken bolt for me too. Very nice of them and I left happy. Thanks guys!

Cant say enough good about this experience. Just got back from a 4,300 mile trek through the upper midwest. We encountered tire probs with our travel trailer. The guys at the Rock Springs store were great. Oil change, complete check, new tires on the trailer, and tire rotation on the truck. All this and back on the road in less than an hour. Very professional guys. I cant say how much I was relieved to get all this done in a timely manner and get back on the road. Thanks Rock Creek.

Everything was really good. Only issue was that they didn't call me to tell me my vehicle was ready but everything else was great. I like the coupon deals they send out in the mail. They help entice me to get services done that I need and it's always nice to save a little money. I like this location a lot.

We were traveling through Wyoming on a road trip from California in a rental van when we noticed a huge chunk missing from a tire. It was extremely unsafe to drive and disappointed that our rental agency sent us off with tires that were nearly bald. Kris and the team at Big O dealt with the rental agency and got us 4 new tires. The staff at the Rock Springs Big O is awesome! The manager,Kris and his mechanics are wonderful and very helpful. I had a noise that was making me nervous, Kris ride with me to hear it and was able to pinpoint the problem. Excellent service! I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and they fixed the noise problem too.

I called to schedule the appointment the day prior. I was a new customer to this location. The service manager used my invoice for the tires I had purchased at another location to set up my local account. All that I had to do was change phone number and address. They took my truck, rotated the tires, gave me an inspection report, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great job!
