Big O Tires

From the minute I walked in and dropped my car off to when I returned to pick it up I felt like I mattered and that's important when you can trust your vehicle to someone you just met. A great atmosphere and team at Big O Tires. I would recommend them to anyone who wants friendly professional and affordable service.

Very knowledgeable, courteous and military friendly. Tires recommended were in stock and they put them on right then. Had my dog with me because I didnt expect same day service. They were very accommodating to my dog too... she was very happy to meet everybody. Have been very happy with service in the past and Big O has earned (again) our goto for tires and service.

My daughter's car was experiencing severe shaking like it was out of alignment after we had had a major snow storm. I called Big O in Gillette and spoke with Sergio. He said he thought he knew the problem and to swing by and they'd take a look. I did and they did. Took about an hour and they rebalanced the tires that I had bought there a month or so earlier. Sergio explained that they might not have balanced them correctly when the tires were installed so he made sure it was done right this time. The car drives perfectly and there was no charge for their work! I couldn't be happier with yet another positive experience at Big O of Gillette! They truly care!
