Set up the appointment days in advance. Dropped the car off before store was open and used key drop box. Called later the afternoon just to see if it was ready. It was. Went and picked it up. They went over the service code reports. Explained everything to us. Bill was half of what was quoted.

Won't go to Tire Ramma in Gillette again. Probably going to get a Big O credit card. Had nothing but awesome customer service here. Won't go anywhere else

When I ordered the tires and made the appointment, I was told that if I was the first one in (I was second) the installation would be done in <30 minutes. Then when I dropped off the car I was told 90 minutes. Strike one. Then, already an hour behind schedule when I was told the car was ready, I was asked if I wanted an alignment. I asked how much it would cost and how quickly it would be done. I was assured it would take 15 minutes. So I gave the go ahead. 30 minutes later my car was still sitting in the driveway. Strike two. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was given some BS excuse that the tires hadn’t been entered into the system and that I wasn’t charged for the alignment that was implied had been done. I have no confidence, at all, that it actually was done at all. Strike three.im done with Big-O. Never again.

I had an excellent experience at Big O in Gillette. Had some tires I needed changed out so called another shop first since I was nearby and on a time crunch. The other shop on Boxelder Road couldn't give me any sort of idea as to whether I could get in quickly, even though I was just a few blocks away when I called. Mike there just kept saying, "first come first serve"...and with an attitude. I then called Big O to see if they could get me in quickly and despite having the same "first come first serve" policy, it looked like I could get in quickly. I drove across town and got in quickly, with my truck being ready to go in less than an hour. Ryan at Big O was honest, friendly, and accommodating. Very happy that I called Big O!
