I needed my spare tire done and I walked in and was greeted, we talked about what needed done and when it was gonna be done and I was in and out in a timely manner very satisfied.

I went in for an oil change and a dire rotation at they went above and beyond I couldn't believe all the stuff they do there like checking the throttle body to see of it needs to be cleaned and actually gave me a card that shows all my fluids and if they needed to be changed you guys are great ill be back anytime I need anything thank you everyone

I have bought tires at the Gillette, WY Big O before and that’s why I came back to get new tires for my wife’s car. Everyone there is very nice and customer oriented. They make buying tires easy and explain everything related to the tire purchase in understandable language. They help figure out the best tire for the car. Extremely happy and satisfied with Big O Gillette, and will be back again to buy tires when my other car needs some.

Quick and easy process

Used them for alignmnent, but tie rod ends needed replaced and they told me to have that done before getting it aligned.

My only constructive criticism would be to make sure customers are greeted when they come in. Even if all the employees are busy with customers, it only takes a moment to say "Hi. We'll be with you shortly." Other than that, I had excellent service.
