Big O Tires

I ruined a tire and did not have a spare on a Saturday. The Big O sales person installed a new tire on my rim and agreed to let me come in and have the other three new tires installed on Monday. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are will to do extra in order to help the customer.

They did the work in a very timely manner, and I did not have to wait forever inside the store to have the work finished, and after everything they and triple check their work

The staff takes time to deal with my problem. Offers transportation if the appointment is lengthy, always polite and there's coffee.

Iv been using bigotries here in gillette and things have been well. Iv purchased more then 5 sets of tires there and really satisfied. They always treat me well.

They have always taken care of me and I will be back again when I need and require their services.

I didn’t have an appointment and they were very busy, but they got me in and took care of the slow leak I had in my tire anyhow. I didn’t have to wait long at all even with not having an appointment.

We had 2 tires go bad and they replaced them with no problems.

Excellent service. I did not have an appointment Friday r a tire rotation but they got me right in and were through in about 30 minutes. Advised me that the rear brake pads will need to be replaced soon
