Big O Tires

We bought 2 full sets of tires but know we can't get into have them rotted and balanced. I was told today 4 hrs 6/15/2018 at 10:00 am. The service after the sale is poor. I will look else ware for tires and service going forward. Have to go someplace else to get service.

They got right to my vehicle and had it done in about 45 minutes. Pleased with the service and best price I could find in gillette for the tires I was looking for.

Used them for alignmnent, but tie rod ends needed replaced and they told me to have that done before getting it aligned.

As always the team at Big O in Gillette, WY took good care of me. Jared and Bryson were both professional and courteous. I'm very pleased.

The staff is always helpful and knows the information. This location is able to provide a wide range of services that are needed in order to not drive long distance for service.

As far as I can tell they do a good, timely job.I find their customer service very good because they take the time to explain things to me.I've been going there for tires and service for several years and have always been happy with them.
