Big O Tires

I will never be happy when I have to sit and wait 2 1/2 hours to get my tires rotated. I worked in a tire store for 10 years and never once did someone have to wait any where near this long. In my opinion this is unacceptable.

Ryan always does a great job at taking care of my tire needs. I highly recommend Big O.

On 3-18-2017 I had my oil changed and my tires rotated. I picked up my vehicle and took it across the street to The Buggy Bath carwash where I noticed one tire that looked very low. I checked the air pressure and it was barely 20 lbs of air. I returned to Big O where they were just closing for the day. They apologized and added air to the low tire. A few days later I noticed the tire was low again and could see a nail in it. I returned to Big O where they patched the tire.

I went in for an oil change and a dire rotation at they went above and beyond I couldn't believe all the stuff they do there like checking the throttle body to see of it needs to be cleaned and actually gave me a card that shows all my fluids and if they needed to be changed you guys are great ill be back anytime I need anything thank you everyone

I wasn't happy with the tire choice I was given. Now I'm stuck with the tires I purchase and I hate them

I am very punctual. That being said, I have been frustrated every time I come in. This store may be good for someone who drops their vehicle off with plans on leaving it there all day. Sign on the front door says the store opens at 7AM. As I was in a hurry I was standing at the door before 7. The door was not unlocked till 7:07. The man behind me was also upset because he made a negative comment that was loud enough for the employee to hear. I came to simply get my tires rotated. I worked for a tire store for 10 years, so I know how long it should take for a rotation. It took an hour. It was about 8:15 when they finally were done. In my opinion, not acceptable.

My only constructive criticism would be to make sure customers are greeted when they come in. Even if all the employees are busy with customers, it only takes a moment to say "Hi. We'll be with you shortly." Other than that, I had excellent service.

Was in for my tire rotation, arrived at 8am, picked up truck finally over three hours later after told two hours. Only in Wyoming would this be tolerated, we have purchased two sets of tires this year at Big O, doubt we return again for anything. Perception is if your buying tires your a priority, rotations no priority at all....

My door handle was filthy. This is not the first time it has happened.

They actually told me that I did not need to replace my brakes today and therefore I did not need to spend money! I felt much safer leaving on my trip knowing that my brakes were fine.

Took my truck for a complete check up paid almost 400 dollars they dint not fill up my washing fluid rotated my tires without checking ball Bering on tires ( where messed up and I dint know) anyways dint check that and still rotated tires talk to a mechanic he told me they can't do an alignment without changing that first witch big o tires did also went threw my glove box idk for what reason nothing to do there bottom point was driving to Colorado made it close to wright when I noticed smoke coming from under the truck it was leaking transmission fluid all over under the truck made a report and now have to wait till tomorrow and see what they wanna do about it probably nothing and try to flip it around on me good thing I took pictures videos took it to a mechanic and filed a report not very happy it could of ruined my transmission according to the mechanics I went too!!

I've been taking my vehicles here for oil changes and tires for nearly 10 years. This visit, I was offered a fuel service and quoted a price of $70. I elected the service, and at check-out was facing a bill way more than the amount quieted. It was labor for the service, another $70 in addition to the $70 for the fuel service. I would have really appreciated to be told that there would be a labor charge and to have gotten an estimate of the total possible charge.I felt I was mislead, and then written off when I questioned the charge. I'll think twice before returning here for any work.

Wanted a alignment done, they told me my tie rods needed replaced which was a lie... So I took my truck to abother place in town, got my alignment done with much better service and no run around!

Used them this week! Excellent service!! Will recommend them#

I took my car in due to it having a flat. I told the person at the front desk that the spare was on my passenger front and the flat was in the trunk. Told him need the flat fixed and to swap out the tires (the flat and spare) when completed. 4.5 hours later they call my name and as always I double check to see if anything was done and the quality of the work. The flat was still in the trunk and the spare was still on the passenger front. To spare time writing this I went back in and was not a happy camper and they finally fixed it within 20 minutes but still failed swap out the spare and flat. At that point I didn't care and just wanted to leave.

Good, professional service. Friendly and effecient.
