good service but does take a bit more time to get tires rotated due to first come first serve basis. Wish I could schedule it due I'm from out of town.

I made an appointment for 11am to get and oil change and tire rotation done over my lunch. It wasn't don't until 12:20. It just doesn't seem like this should take this long.

Great coffee too

It took 2 1/2 hours to put 4 new tires on my vehicle. I worked in a tire store 40 years ago and could have changed them by hand with simple tire irons, balanced them, and tightened the lug nuts with a 4 way wrench by myself quicker than this.

Quick and work was done in a timely manner.

It took a long time for a simple flat repair.

I ruined a tire and did not have a spare on a Saturday. The Big O sales person installed a new tire on my rim and agreed to let me come in and have the other three new tires installed on Monday. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are will to do extra in order to help the customer.

I thought it took too long. With an appointment it shouldn't have taken over an hour to perform a oil change and tire rotation. If there was a delay a courtesy update would have gone a long way. I do find the staff very knowledgeable and courteous. I trust them to do a good job.

The staff takes time to deal with my problem. Offers transportation if the appointment is lengthy, always polite and there's coffee.

Customer service is always very good at the Gillette, WY location, however wait times are always very, very long. I dropped a vehicle off for tire rotation at 9am on Friday and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I left and came back at 11am and the vehicle had not been touched; nothing had been done! I waited another 45 minutes for vehicle to be finished. It would be much better if appointments could be made in advance for tire rotations as well as other services. Unfortunately, in the future, I will look elsewhere for tire purchases and rotations simply because of the wait times that always occur in this location.

They have always taken care of me and I will be back again when I need and require their services.

Paid for 4 tires to be balanced and problem wasn't fixed. Turned out the rim was bent and wasn't caught when I paid for the balancing of the tires. Came in for a re torque after getting a new rim put on, was sent to the bay door, but was not helped. The people who were helped after me in the store had their issues addressed first. Ended up leaving because nobody showed up to re torque my wheels. Won't be going back.

We had 2 tires go bad and they replaced them with no problems.

Yeah I called at 730 In the morning to set up appointment for coolant flush oil change and rotate told them I would bring my own oil and when I got there for the appointment was told rotate was 2 hrs out and I couldn't use my own oil which I have been to two different locations on Wyoming rock springs and Riverton and was able to use my own oil for rude about it to will never use big o in Gillette Wyoming. Again

Friendly staff, they got me in and out pretty quick

I took a flat in to get repaired on Friday, there were 4 tires outside the store that would work. The employees said they were someone else's, that's fine I'll pick up the tire on Tuesday. Go to pick the wheel and tire up, still not done, same 4 tires are outside. Finally after some discussion they get me fixed up, three days later.

Ryan was very busy, but provided great service. He displayed a great attitude. I received exceptional service that made me feel as my business was greatly appreciated. Big O will have the opportunity for more business from me.
