I walked in and was greeted with a smile and a hello. I spoke with Ryan and he was on point! Any questions I had he was very knowledgeable about it, I really appreciated that because I was from out of town he made me feel comfortable. I had an excellent experience at Big O in Gillette. Had some tires I needed changed out so called another shop first since I was nearby and on a time crunch. The other shop on Boxelder Road couldn't give me any sort of idea as to whether I could get in quickly, even though I was just a few blocks away when I called. Mike there just kept saying, "first come first serve"...and with an attitude. I then called Big O to see if they could get me in quickly and despite having the same "first come first serve" policy, it looked like I could get in quickly. I drove across town and got in quickly, with my truck being ready to go in less than an hour. Ryan at Big O was honest, friendly, and accommodating. Very happy that I called Big O!

New tires

Steven was awesome very helpful about the kind of tires we wanted and very very helpful when it came to getting everything on our trucks he will be our to go guy when we need anything done. Big O Tires is the best great place and very friendly staff thank you Steven , Anna and Ryan for everything

After having to bring the truck back because the alignment wasn't done properly the first time the service was good.

Ryan was very helpful and professional in assisting me in picking new tires for my truck. He did an excellent job. You have good people out front and good products and service as well as competitive prices.

JD handled all contact with the State Farm Insurance appraiser regarding the rear right wheel damage. He really did a good job communicating to me why the parts took so long to fix my Honda Pilot 2007 vehicle. Your shop had possession of my car for 30 days, but again JD or any of his staff new exactly what was going on with the repair. I have bought many sets of tires from Big O. I have always got great service from them. Just took in 3 vehicles for rotations. They are always quick to get me in.

After doing a great bit of shopping, i settled on Big O for the prices and friendliness of staff o nthe phone. I showed up 45 minutes before closing, and they got me in and out in a an hour. I wasnt pressured to buy something i did not want which i liked.

Had to take jeep back and wait another hour to have rear tire flipped it was mounted the wrong way

The team was on it. I dropped my car off for a tire rotate and balance and less than an hour later, they were calling me to tell me it was done. Job well done!

We got a truck at an auction brakes were horrible, mechanic at Big Os worked different ideas with my husband & they were able to come up with the best way to fix them at a cost we could afford. Brakes are keeping us safe& cost kept us in budget
