Big O Tires

Was told it was standard procedure to change struts on all vehicles every 50k miles, as reason given a repair estimate. Where does this come from? I have a 100,000 warranty on my vehicle and have never changed struts on past vehicles until near the 100k mark. That my struts were leaking oil (not visible in my driveway or performance. Isn't a certain amount natural? (Seepage}. Car drives ok and was told safe to take on the road. Would rather not spend $1100.00 until need to. Thanks-appreciate the advice. Warranty voided at 50k miles second owner

The low customer service score was not based on the employees but the policy. I understand that you don't take appointments for tire service. However, when I have to come in 3 different times just to get a tire rotation in under 3 hours that is a problem. When I purchased my tires there you sell as a benefit free tire rotation. This it not a benefit as my time has been wasted. If this were the first time this has happened it would be one thing, but this is the 3rd time I have had to come it a second or third time for a tire rotation. This is ridiculous! You are in need of a policy change!

I spent over 1200 at abother tire shop locally. They basically refused my service, and basically told me to get ducked to my face. When I came into big o I was a customer. Great store. Awesome service. My tire was done in less than 20 minutes

Won't go to Tire Ramma in Gillette again. Probably going to get a Big O credit card. Had nothing but awesome customer service here. Won't go anywhere else
