I called while on the road, coming back from a family emergency in Rapid City. A sensor in my car had indicated that one of my tires was low on air pressure. Your staff told me to come right in from the road even though they were an hour away from closing. My tires were still under warranty, something I didn't know! Your staff had me out the door in just over an hour with a new tire, rotation and balance. Thank you for taking such good care of me, you made what had already been a very hard day a lot better!

My experience is a little different. I live in Idaho and called on behalf of my daughter-in-law, who lives in Gillette. Steven Antle, at the Gillette store, took the time to explain the pros and cons of different winter tires. He was knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. He emailed me the quote as well. My daughter-in-law's appointment went just as well. Mr. Antle called me for payment arrangements and was very helpful in bagging up tires to send home with her and in informing her as well. Thank you!

Have been patronizing another local tire store for years,got tired of poor attitude and service. I brought my wife's car in for service to Big O in Gillette, and the difference was like night and day, from the friendly young technician who hurried to open the door for us,to the friendly and professional staff in the showroom! We will be taking all of our business to Big O Tires in the future!

No price was quoted as i needed brake pads replaced and I had brought my own in. Was not due to being forgotten. They honestly did not know. They also did not need to use the pads I brought in, but they did. Very good customer service and willingness to work with me.

Made the appointment to get my tires rotated and balanced and an oil change. Dropped my F150 off and they called me when it was ready. Salesman told me they did an inspection that included a battery check and recommended replacement which was good to know so I had them do it. These guys took very good care of me.
