Big O Tires

I have been a Bog O customer for several years. I've never been disappointed in either their service or their product.

I’ve always liked this big o tires. I’ve never once had a problem with them. Steven I believe his name is up front and the other gentleman are always very welcoming and kind. I won’t choose another tire shop in Gillette. These guys have made me a returning customer and I greatly appreciate that.

I have purchased many sets of tires from Kris, he is awesome! Knew what he was doing and what I wanted! Would never recommend anyone to get tires anywhere else but big o.

We have bought several sets of tires here. Always been treated very well and service is excellent. This was for a flat tire and they also did a rotation.

I had to pick a number, but really, I'm not qualified to judge your employees' product knowledge and expertise. Can't comment on the quality of the services either because I don't know how to check that services were actually performed, except that I could see the new tires - LOL. The guys I dealt with last week, Steven and Tim, were friendly and helpful (as the employees always are). They got both of my cars serviced quickly and the cost was what I was told it would be. I assume that everything was done properly because I've had my car serviced at Big O for a decade and can't recall ever having a problem that wasn't immediately rectified. I trust Big O.
