My wife's car had a leaky tire due to a nail that was imbedded near the sidewall, making it unrepairable. Since we bought the tires at Big O, they stood behind their warranty and went the extra mile to get us fixed up quickly and very courteously. Everybody we spoke to was kind and courteous, beginning with the guy who answered the phone all the way to the guy that finished up our paperwork a couple hours later. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

Staff was very helpful in assisting me with my selection of new tires. I had no idea what to look for in tires or what I needed. Most companies see dollar signs when I walk in because of my obvious lack of knowledge regarding anything automotive. Not the Big O staff. They never once tried to push me into buying anything unnecessary or excessive. They helped me make the best decision based on my driving needs and were very respectful of my financial limitations. It was greatly appreciated. I was thoroughly impressed with how quick and painless the entire process was. An hour and half from walking through the door to driving off the lot with a nice set of new wheels. I will be a repeat customer.
