Big O Tires

I have previously done business with Big O here in Gillette and have found them to be up front, easy to work with and very customer service oriented.

They answered all my questions and concerns and happy with their service and attitude

I was assisted by Steven Antle. Steven has always been very polite and courteous, professional mannerisms are above par. Originally vehicle was going to take over 2 hours and he made sure it was taken back and services required were done before that. During what seemed to be a rush of customers the staff did excellent in being patient and as to helping everyone who rushed in with a timely and polite manner. Staff here have always been friendly and I appreciate doing business with them.
