The team at Big O in Gillette did a great good taking care of my truck tire needs!

Bought new tires this week, they had what I wanted in stock and got my vehicle in quickly.

Everything about this visit to this location was more than satisfactory.

While on an extended road trip recently I found my left rear tire nearly flat at 6am while preparing to drive to Denver. Found that Big O in Gillette opened at 7am (half an hour earlier that the other guys). We were waiting at the door at 7am. Told the manager that I needed to get to Denver and he got us in and had us on our way before 8am. We really appreciated the quick service.

Everything was simple and easy, great customer service. Only thing I didn't like was that I paid as much for two tires of the same brand/size as I did 4 last time.

It took less than an hour to change my tires.

we had just had the oil changed and the 99 inspection they did, did not say anything about the front brakes on our vehicle, just to inspect the rear drums at next visit. We told the gentleman at Big O it was making a noise when we used the brakes. He called said the the rotation was done, but the front brakes were metal on metal. He gave me a price and we had the front brakes on and will look at the back breaks at a later date. He said that they were not that bad and could wait. This was important to us as we are waiting for a call on Frank's sister who is dying with cancer. Now we can go back to Wisconsin safe. Thankyou.

Even going above and beyond notifying us of any other problems or upcoming maintenance issues that may need to be address. Big O Tires always is fantastic. All people are friendly and kind. I have been continually extremely satisfied with the work on my car. I recently had bad news on my mother who is currently hospitalized and I have to get on the road to Nebr. to see her. The people got me in to service my car quickly. That means so much. I really recommend Big O Tires especially the Gillette, WY store.

All of the employees I encountered were extremely courteous. Even with it being really busy, they made sure to acknowledge me coming in. Quick check in and check out processes. Always great.
