Brought in for an inspection. There was an issue with my computer where it wasn?t registering correctly so it failed. They explained what they thought it was and asked me to drive it over the weekend which I did. The issue reset and it passed. Didn?t try to up sell me just passed it and thanked me for my service.

Work was done on time, no problems, kept me informed and friendly staff.

Appointment was for my RI vehicle inspection but I also asked to check my tire pressures & fluids and also check serpentine belt. Joe made sure all of this was done and my vehicle was ready in about 1/2 hour. Great service by Joe & associates!

I had a last-minute request for Joe and his team at Midas to supply me with 3 new truck tires, to be mounted them on the wheels I provided. This may not seem like a big deal, but I needed two different size tires for two different vehicles, and it needed to be done quickly as I had to drive back to Hyannis in two days to make my ferry back to Nantucket Island. Joe ordered the tires immediately, and surprisingly I received a call the next day before noon informing me that my new tires were mounted, balanced, and ready for me to pick up. I don't receive that kind of service from companies I regularly do business with, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised and will be using Midas in the future whenever possible!

The team members at this Midas location are extremely well organized and completely knowledgeable. I'm an elderly woman and they never speak "down" to me. The facilities are modern and always clean. Rocky, a team member who started working at this location in October, is a wonderful addition to this Midas Shop. Everything at this Midas is done "by the book." This kind of predictability makes customers feel comfortable. I will be back at this Midas in about a month because my car's oil change is almost due. The team members at this Midas location have very high standards, and they're very good at what they do.
