my muffler needed a repair and I'm new to the area, so I made my appointment online and went in the next day I never used Midas riverhead NY before. I was greeted by friendly personal and was told my appointment time was 10 am so I went for a coffee and returned at 10. the associate looked at my car explained in detail the repair and the cost, and I even decided to do an oil change while I was there. by12am I was out the door very pleased with their service. This shop has 2 friendly and knowledgable service managers. All diagnosises have been correct and work has been done satisfactorily. I trust them a lot and have brought them new customers. With all that said, prices seem a bit high, but maybe I'm showing my age. I do make it clear that I want to do easy and simple jobs like cabin and engine air filters, and wipers to reduce my expenses.
