The lady at the desk was very kind and considerate. She listened carefully and explained the steps they would take to find out what was wrong. After the technician checked our car, the lady at the desk called us and explained what he found and what his recommendations were. We were pleasantly surprised when the technician was able to repair the problem without needing to replace a whole new radiator saving us a lot of money! We have used this Midas facility quite a few times and have always been pleased with the quality of the work and the service of all the people in this shop.

Check in process was easy, servicing was quick, I did not get like they were trying to upsell me- when I asked if there was anything that I needed to have done besides the oil change, he just told me that everything was good but I would need my sure filter replaced in the not so distant future

The Dealership wanted to charge me double what I paid at Midas. I trust George, and overall the mechanics are good at the Edison location. Subaru Foresters have different requirements for transmission fluid. They checked then double checked. When I looked it up online, they said the car takes a different type. But online was wrong, the shop foreman was right. So yes, I'm very satisfied.

Oil change was fine I had an issue with my windshield wiper blades ( had nothing to do with Midas) once I got home I then drove back and the mechanic came out to help me Great service Will be back
