Made an online appointment and received a call stating they were busy today and if I could come earlier than booked. Arrived at the time and was greeted by Cynthia behind the desk. She was very pleasant and gave me my quote for the service. My vehicle was then taken into the bay shortly there after where the mechanic walked me through his observations. There were no pressure sales tactics, which I liked as most places try to sell you everything under the sun or you will die. Will definitely return for future service

The lady at the desk was very kind and considerate. She listened carefully and explained the steps they would take to find out what was wrong. After the technician checked our car, the lady at the desk called us and explained what he found and what his recommendations were. We were pleasantly surprised when the technician was able to repair the problem without needing to replace a whole new radiator saving us a lot of money! We have used this Midas facility quite a few times and have always been pleased with the quality of the work and the service of all the people in this shop.
