Alonzo at the checkin desk was very professional and kind. He provided an explanation of what the process for the analysis of the issue. Received text with pictures of exhaust issue along with an estimate. As well as approximately when my car would be ready.

The visit was highly satisfactory add the service was done with quality and respect. It has been a while, since I went to Midas only because of the bad service that I received in reference to respecting a customer. But this time the atmosphere and the place, or clean I am very polite to me as a customer. I wanna return to the place I've enjoyed for about 40 years. Thank you, ever so much for being the place, I've always been used to coming to.

I called this morning to schedule an appointment for an oil change. The operator was nice and booked me for an hour later. When I get there I check in and the worker was friendly and informative. I only waited an hour for the service and even received compliments on my car. 10/10 experience!
