I walked in at opening time.... told the lady at the desk what services I needed She said great and they took my vehicle in the bay in about 5 minutes They checked to make sure I wanted the services....said yes......I was between oil changes...They performed the services reset my car's computer....service was completed in about 35 minutes and I was on my way Great job !!!

Friendly and fast. I had wheel alignment done in one hour. Nobody else has been that fast. The drive home showed they got it right. Steered straight as an arrow. I will be a regular customer.

I live in Virginia Beach but was working in Richmond. I had a flat tire at a client's job site. During lunch I tried to find a place to repair my flat. Your store got me right in and repaired my tire. NTB told me they couldn't get to me that day but said you were right down the street. I thank you for treating me like a valued customer even though I only needed a tire repair. The technician was very thorough and polite. And the young lady at the counter was as well. I recommended your store to the client I was working for and would come back to buy tires if I lived in Richmond.
