Big O Tires

I was in a jam and BigO came to my rescue. I blew a tire on my drive to Florida and I was able to confirm availability of the needed tire and was able to get everything taken care Of and back on the road in less that 10hrs

Didn’t take all day

My check engine light had come on and I went to my dealer first. They said I needed an oil change immediately but they could not see me for two weeks!!! I left the dealership and Big O was right next door, thank goodness!!! They knew I was in a trouble and they took me right away and changed the oil. The mechanic drove my car to ensure the check engine light was off and everything was fine. My car has been running great since!! Big O did a great job and really helped me out at a bad time….unlike my dealership who just sent me on my way with a bad car, in the rain, by myself!!! I am so thankful Big O was there to help me!!! Their service and communication was great and their garage was spotless!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

It was the honesty that impressed me. I needed an alignment after replacing my front struts. I was was going to have the tires rotate but wasn’t ready to replace. Tech advised not to do the rotation as it won’t help vibration

From the day I walked in for a quote until the time the job was completed, everyone was friendly and very pleasant to deal with. They told me it would be an hour but the job was completed in about 35 minutes. It exceeded my expectations.

The front desk service rep was freaking amazing she was very polite and smiling. She had great skill and got my questions answered ! I felt very welcome
