Check engine lite needed to be checked, minor fix done, and reset. Hood release needed parts (ordered and just arrived yesterday), and then replaced. Both items fixed same appt. Done per plan. :- ).

Everything was straightforward and worked. Set up appointment over the phone. When I arrived my appointment was on the calendar with the correct service scheduled. My car was in the service bay within 10 minutes of my arrival. Additional work was communicated to me while I was waiting. Work was done in totally reasonable time frame. The guy at the front desk answered all my questions and brief interaction with service tech was good. I really like this place and will continue to go here.
