Big O Tires

Martin is great-he answered all of my questions & really took care of my car. I've been going to this BigO for a really long time, and other than a horrible experience in September 2019, I have felt confident in trusting my car here. I was hesitant to go in on Saturday because of the horrible experience with the lady just being awful in general, but she flat out lied to me. I was about to turn around & go elsewhere when I saw she was still there, but Martin greeted me & he exemplifies basic human courtesy& excellent customer service.

We came in to purchase new tires for our vehicle. The staff was very knowledgable in the items they had in stock as well as the mfg rating on the tires. We were given the walk out price of the entire service before leaving the vehicle so we know exactly how much to expect from the service. The staff also did a great job of communicating every step of the way.

They got me in fast and rotaded my car tires in record time was excellent service.

Red came to our car and heard our request, explained the service. He was kind & considerate and did a great job! Very helpful.

Came in for a rotation. I do every 5000 miles got new tires from them last January came in to do a rotation and my front tires were warren warranty covered it. Fantastic service.

OMG! I don't even where to begin. I have NEVER in my life had such amazing service EVER!! First of all, I called 2 weeks ago to ask how much they charge for a tire rotation. The guy told me "don't worry about it, we'll take care of you" I said " but, I didn't buy my tires from you", he said "that's no problem, We'll get you taken care of". I dropped my car off, and the guy offered to drive me back to work, (how nice) 20 minutes later my tires were rotated free of charge! Wow! So now today, after dealing with a slowly leaking tire for months, I call to ask if they repair tire leaks, (they must have caller ID) the guy said " don't you work at the dental office across the street?" " I said "yes", he says " I'll walk over and get your keys and get that taken care of for you, I see you in a minute". WOW! Just WOW!!!! Thank you so much! You guys are amazing!!

I brought my car in with an electrical problem - all the lights went off as I was driving home from the gym in the dark. They kept the car and checked it all out and found the problem which they took care of.

Went in to get tires they told me all about them and I picked the one that worked for me. They where very patient with me.

If you ever need assistance with your vehicle stop on 4th and Washington blvd. The staff here is great especially John (JT), Kari, Chance, and Clint. I trust them with my vehicles from the smallest to largest jobs, what's even more important I trust them with the things that are left in my vehicle when it's in their care. You won't be sorry in trusting them to do the job of making sure you vehicle is operating at its best. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication of an excellent job done.

Manager was very professional and provided excellent customer service! She explained the work to be done and kept me informed of the status.
