Big O Tires

I went in for a oil change they said that my efg need changed and that would make my check engine light go off . So I spent 211.00 and changed the efg and my check engine light is still on .

New tires were installed in a timely fashion.

My check engine light still comes on and my maintenance light is still on as well. So I'm not pleased at all cause I'm in the same boat I was when I took my car into your shop now I have to go to someone else because I don't know what you guys truly did .

The men there were super nice to me and very helpful, they wiped my truck off after working on it. One of the guys opened my truck door for me cause my hands were full.

I don't know which is the bigger problem. Being literally double billed, and yes I have proof, being told it wasn't their mistake. Not actually having my steering wheel straightened out that they messed up doing the last alignment. Or was it them using power steering fluid instead of mercon 5 like the manufacturers call for and then being told to pay to have it flushed ourselves. Or knowing that Big O in Roosevelt seems to literally charge less across the board, while Vernal kicks in a discount to make it seem like they are doing you a favor but it's still more than Roosevelt Big O would have been.

I had a concern about my tires and the technician said I would have to speak to the manager. The manager was gone for the day but the technician was willing to call him. The manager came right in and resolved the problem greatly exceeding my expectations. I am in awe at the improved performance of my truck with the tires I received.

Had to wait 3 hrs. Just to mount my snow tires. I was the 1st in line. I will never do business with big o again.

They know me by name. Rotated my tires. Gave me a quote for a leaking oil pan. They are fast and friendly

Everyone was friendly and the service was performed to my expectations.

I called that morning to see about a front end alignment was offered a $10.00 discount off the $69 price if i could have it in that afternoon i told them i would bring it down in the next 45 min. They had my name written down at the desk when i checked in so it seemed pretty good to start but went down hill from that point. I told them i would like to have the tires moved from front to back prior to alignment and that i also wanted safety inspection done. I then asked how long it would take. He said about an hour i gave them keys and said i will be across the street at Sportsmans while they worked on it. I came back nothing had been done. They finally get it on the lift i walked out to take a look and notice they did not rotate tires. I asked the employee if they did the tire rotation he stated yes they did. I knew they hadnt because of the ware on the tire tread on the front tires. I went inside to talk to the people at the counter they went on to tell me that it didnt matter for the alignment which it did due to the significant ware on the edges. Anyways the 1 hr time took just shy of 3 hrs. Plus i ended up having to come back because the alignment was worse when i left. The worker who did the alignment and then test drive needs to go back to school because for how bad it was pulling he didnt even care or catch it during the test drive. He was gone for a good 10 min drive as well. The service was horrible and he didnt give me the $10.00 discount. He charged me for the tire rotation even after they forgot to do it before putting it on the lift and it took roughly 2.5 hrs plus i had to come back. You got me this time but i wont be back and i will not be reccomending Big O Tires to anyone.

No appointment, got me in no issues, however no one knew what was happening with the customer cars. My truck was done for 20 minutes before they realized it was not in the shop any more. Other than that will be going back.

My husband heard an ad on 105.5 saying buy 3 tires get one free so he came to the vernal utah location. He was told that ad was not running but if it was that they don't control corporate. But that they would "take" care of him. They charged him full price for four tires plus labor then told him my car needed a front end alignment. On the way home my husband heard the same same 2 more times. He called the shop and asked about it and asked if they would fo the alignment in lieu of the price of the tire. They said no. He filed a complaint with bigo.com to which Kenny responded. Kenny told my husband that they would do the alignment for free. He called and made an appointment on Saturday. At the appointment he was told it didnt need a front end alignment but rather a back end one but they would need to order shims. Went the following week for the alignment after they called to say the parts were in to find they did not have said parts. They called him today to say the parts had arrived to come in and get it done. He went over and after 3+ hours, they were finally done but then he was charged $225.58 for parts and labor which had never been mentioned beforehand. I called to speak with Kenny to be told he is "out of pocket" for 2-3 weeks but was handed over to Steve. He told me he was right there when Kenny and my husband agreed the alignment would be free but parts and labor would be charged...however, Kenny and my husband spoke on the phone. I asked Steve what person would ever agree to pay anyone $225.58 for a tire that cost less than $100.00, he laughed at me and said your husband that's who? NO ONE WOULD!!!! THATS RIGHT NOT TO MENTION THE FREE ALIGNMENT CHECK THEYE OFFER WHEN YOU BUY TIRES IS OBVIOUSLY TOTAL CRAP AS THEY INITIALLY SAID FRONT END AND CHANGED TO THE BACK END....WHY? SO THEY COULD RAPE US FOR MORE THAN THEY ALREADY DID? My advice to anyone thinking of going there, turn around and run as fast as you can in the opposite direction.

Steve and all the guys at Big O will treat you right. They are my go to shop for tires and lube.
