Friendly and fast

I have been a customer of Big O for over 20 years. This spring when I had my snow tires removed and summer tires put on the Big O store in Rock Springs did a terrible job of balancing the tires.Then they went out of business, so I went to the new store in Vernal Utah and had a great experience.They re-balanced the tires for free and now the car drives like new. Great job guys and thanks a lot.

I was not highly satisfied, maybe highly dissatisfied? I felt left out of what was happening with my vehicle.

Had to get tired done in a hurry and they worked with me. Very knowledgeable. Very polite.

When walking in, I wasn't sure who to talk to as the layout inside all faced the middle. It would be nicer to have one check in desk. I used a coupon and it wasn't explained to me if there were any additional charges since my coupon was for an oil change but I wanted a rotation too. I had to ask specifically about how the pricing was going to work. While they were inspecting the car, a mechanic came out to the waiting room and front desk area and just said "who has this car? This is a problem, it's leaking" and it wasn't explained to me what it was or if it was something that was recommended to immediately fix. I had to ask a desk person what they said and how it affected my car and I don't feel like I got a good explanation. I waited over an hour for an oil change with an appointment and then the only other mention about the problem they found was included as a quote on the invoice without any other information being given about it. I will be taking my car somewhere else to get that looked at.

My low oil light came on while driving to Vernal so I was nervous about my drive home.I stopped by Big O & asked them if they would check my oil.They were quick, friendly & checked everything I asked & more.Each employee I interacted with made me feel welcome & took good care of me.The world needs more businesses like Big O in Vernal!!Thank you!!
