I do love the costumer service you guys provide, a few guys know me by name and they always great me by an which is good. Just wish they would pin point the issue that I come in for. Instead of saying we found this and it should fix it. I would appreciate it if they would actually drive the vehicle after they "fix it". I will continue to come to big o because the costumer is great. And some of the mechanics are great. Thanks

The customer service at this location was extremely efficient. We had had another location do some work, and after that work, the car was still doing the same thing. So when we came to the Vernal locations, they were very helpful and also did alot of the work under warranty. When the car was still doing the same thing, they were helpful giving us all the reports to take to a different mechanic but showed everything they had done and replaced.

This was a flat repair on tires I purchased at this location. I expected to have the tire fixed quickly, as I ate my lunch at a nearby restaurant. They were done just as I returned--no wait! It all went a little better than I expected. Everyone was professional and courteous.

I WANTED TO PAY PARTIALLY WITH CASH WHEN I USED THE BIG O CC. THE EMPLOYEE FORGOT THAT I HAD TOLD HIM THAT AND PUT THE WHOLE AMT. ON THE CARD. BESIDES THAT IT WAS FINE.

I have been having issues with the set of Cooper tires for almost a year and your manager warrantied the tires out. He has been dealing with me on this issue and took the initiative to handle the issue.

Hello, I recently bought me a vehicle for work, it had some front end noise so I brought it in to get looked at. Great front desk costumer service. But the mechanics, there's only one I'd have look at my cars (Cody with the green Dodge). But I brought my car in to be looked at. They said the front end looked good and tight and I only needed struts to fix the clunking noise. I spent 150ish for struts and the clunking was still there. I decided to look under my car my self. Well come to find out my sway bar links were bad, which I fixed my self. And also my tie rods are loose even tho I've had an alignment check a few times on it and an actual alignment. Nothing was said about those to parts. Oh and I just had your guys put a front right wheel bearing on my car and now around 60-65 mph my car has a little shake. Which was never there before. I bought tires thru you guys which service was great getting those. other then tire service I don't think I'll be back in for any other service. Your mechanics missed 2 obvious parts that were not good and needed replaced, and now my car shakes a little. And also I was informed that changing the struts would fix the issue which never did. Hope the mechanics you are hiring are actually mechanics and not just kids off the street. I have never had any issues with big o before until now. Hope you can get the issue worked out with your "mechanics". Thanks for your time.

I really love the costumer service. That's why I keep coming back and also the tire side of the business is great. The mechanic side not as good. Came in for a diagnosis for a clunk noise. Fixed the 2 things they said it was and still have the clunking noise. I would suggest that the mechanic drives the vehicle before looking at it so they have a better idea of what they are looking for. I've spent almost over $300 on parts towards what the mechanic said was causing the clunking noise. Still got clunking noise. Thanks.

Took an hour for my service to be performed. But would like if tech could have cleaned oil spilled on valve cover. So my exhaust wouldn’t steam. I paid for that oil…

Didnt fill my antifreeze even though their report says they filled all vital fluids causing my car to start overheating.

These guys at this location do great work and they do it quickly. They will even go to bat and try to explain to the fleet managers why particular services are needed.
